Fjällräven Spring/Summer 2021 Products Focus on Durable, Functional and Timeless Design
The new line encourages more people to walk with nature

The new Spring/Summer 2021 line, available now, reflects Fjällräven’s close collaboration with nature in warmer weather and their commitment to creating products made for a lifetime of use. Fjällräven continues to provide premium outdoor gear in the expanded High Coast, Abisko Midsummer and Kånken families with increased packability and versatility, and by using environmentally friendly materials like PFC-free impregnation, recycled polyester and organic cotton.

The new Spring/Summer 2021 line is available now and introduces the High Coast Hydratic Series, Abisko Midsummer Zip Off Trousers and the Kånken Bottle Pocket.
The Fjällräven High Coast Hydratic Jackets (MSRP $225) add to Fjällräven’s wide range of durable, weatherproof shell garments for outdoor enthusiasts everywhere. The new High Coast Hydratic jackets are waterproof, ventilating and packable thanks to a 2.5-layer construction using 100% recycled polyamide with a PU coating and PFC-free impregnation. The jacket features a two-way adjustable hood with reflective details and a two-way front zipper. With zippered hand pockets, a drawcord adjustment at the hem and Velcro adjustments at the cuffs, the jacket is a practical rain garment made for everyday use and on the trail. The interior of each piece features a unique print designed by Swedish artist Erik Olovsson’s personal connection to nature is reflected in the Hydratic Series design and also in his “Landscape” design for Fjällräven’s 2019 Kånken Art Series.
The Abisko Midsummer Zip Off Trousers (MSRP $165) are the latest introduction to Fjällräven’s Abisko Midsummer family, building on the successful launch of the award-winning Abisko Midsummer Trousers. The zip-off trousers offer another versatile option for warm weather trekking. The lightweight, packable and ventilated trousers are made with a hybrid construction of durable G-1000 Air Stretch, the newest G-1000 option from the brand made from 65% recycled polyester and 35% organic cotton, and a pliant polyester stretch that is 70% recycled. The new trousers feature G-1000 Air Stretch, a material made with a lightweight mechanical stretch. When combined with the zip-off functionality, the end result is a versatile pair of trousers offering an articulated cut giving superb range of movement.
Fjällräven’s introduction of the Kånken Bottle Pocket (MSRP $25) expands the Kånken family with a useful side pocket that attach easily to any Kånken. The accessory adds both carrying capabilities and extra personalization options. The bottle pocket is large enough to fit water bottles up to one liter or to hold a rain jacket or other accessories you want close at hand. It is made from Vinylon fabric, the same material found in the Kånken, with a steel frame that slides into your Kånken’s side pocket. It has a cinched closure with elastic cord at the top to keep contents in place and a drain hole with an eyelet at the bottom.
